Eligibility

You have 7 calendar days to return a hair product from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
•    Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of hair care products, the following items cannot be returned:
•    Products that have been opened or used.
•    Products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
•    Items purchased as part of a final sale or clearance.
•    Hazardous items, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds Processing

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. The time it takes to receive the credit depends on your card issuer's policies.

Return Shipping
Responsibility: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
